About
Lumeneau Design Ltd. are a respectable, medium-sized industrial engineering company. Several services were required and the job is still on-going. Primarily, Lumeneau required a website with a modern look as the previous one was unprofessional and outdated. RewindPHP designed a website for Lumeneau with a modern look in order to bring them on-par with their affiliates and competitors websites. Using modern technologies such as CSS, JavaScript and XML the website is light-weight, clean-cut and speedy as well as stylish. Pete – the Lumeneau director – is very pleased with it.
We (RewindPHP) also developed an ordering system. Due to the nature of the business security was a major concern. The ordering system was developed, tested and trialled over a three to four month period and is now a core part of Lumeneau’s operation. In order to allow staff to complete an order in a timely fashion JavaScript and XML were utilised in order to implement an auto complete feature. They (Lumeneau) are now able to use the application to select a supplier and the products they wish to order resulting in a faxable order slip. It has minimised time and effort for all of the staff.
RewindPHP are now developing a system to allow engineers to set up access to CCTV software for clients.
